Return Policy 

DUE TO COVID-19 AS OF April 1, 2020 WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items, however, we will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit if ELIGIBLE. 

 

Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post marked delivery!

 A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned. 

The RA# request for items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise.

Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

*We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Please allow 3-5 business days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.
